I found the info in your Web site easy to find and understand. The service was prompt and the new batteries are working fine. I can only suggest that you provide some info on how long the batteries must be charged before being used....I actually lost my originial paper work that came with the phone.... but I seem to remember a 24 hour charge. Other wise I will be back for the next order.

With this phone not being manufactured anymore, it was a great pleasure to find replacement batteries at this retailer. I received a great product, quickly. They offered great communication with shipping info right up to the time the batteries arrived at my door.

Batterys were back-ordered, but company advised us of that fact, so no problem.
When battery was put in the base charger, it was (and is) just that smidgen too large for the space in both the charger and the phone, making them difficult to put in and remove.
No problem with company service, however, as they kept us informed.
