Batteries arrived promptly - several days before I expected them. Have installed just one of four so far. I had hoped that a new battery would fix a ringer volume problem with a Uniden phone, but it didn't - problem is something else. However, I've had the phones for almost two years, so it is probably time to change the batteries anyway.

I ordered this battery on January 30th. I still have not received it! I called customer service and they told me it coudl take up to 2 weeks! He told me to call back on the 19th if the battery had not arrived by then. I have ordered many many things over the internet and have never had to wait this long. Most items were delivered in 3-7 days. Based upon my experience with your company, I do not believe I would order from you again , nor can I recommend anyone else to do the same. Please fi
