The charger for my Olympus 810 was very hard to figure out. None of the pieces lined up with mating poles, and did not line up the 'plate" with the charger so i could be assured I had the right pieces in place. The poles are not marked on the plates or the charger, making it next to impossible to assemble without risking destroying the battery/charger.
The telephone support was very good, and within five minutes of talking to the support person, I had it figured out.
