This is in response to your request for feedback. In short, while I am satisfied with the product, the post order communication process could be improvrd. Specifically, it would be helpful to have a updated order status capability on-line. In addition it would also help to have order tracking capability. If you have ever ordered anything from Amazon or lands end, you will know what I'm talking about.
Appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback.

I ordered the Camera battery from your web page after going to 3 local retail stores and not finding the correct replacement battery. I used the search utility on your site and found the correct battery immediately and also determined that it was in stock. Also found your pricing was better than other sites. Thanks for the easy shopping experience. I will use your site again for future battery orders.

Your service was great however it did not solve my problem. I thought I needed a new battery because my camera was not charging. Even with the new battery the camera is still not charging.
