Minolta 8-864 camcorder battery ..

Hi,
I am very happy with the product ..I have an old Minolta video cam and long dead battery ..found this one and when it came it was charged and worked fine ...only problem is the old charger is for nicad and it will only put 1/2 charge into this Nimh..but ..I can use the cam now ..and will deal with the charger issue ...also records show this battery cost 1/2 what the original one did back in 1996 ...:)

These nickel metal hydride batteries are great. The original Ni-cd batteries never lasted too long and experienced a severe memory effect in short order. Now I can get a few more years of life out of my old camcorder.
I found the price at Battery Values to be very competitive and the batteries got to me quickly.
