great job, but i was not able to use the battery du to it was the wrong size I needed 3.7V 850mAh model DZO-V38 but that was not you'll fault.

Great service on a great product at a great price. This is the only online store I found that specifically stated that their battery was for the Gateway DC-T50 and which had a battery that actually resembled the OEM battery.

My only concern would be the lack of communication once you received my order. You web site said same day shipping yet it took almost 10 days and two e-mails from me to try to expedite the delivery. I did not receive any feedback from either of my two e-mails as to my order.

The new battery arrived the next day, as promised. It has worked perfectly... maybe even keeps a better charge than the original battery did when it was new.
I ordered it at 4:30 PM Eastern Time. It arrived here by that time 24 hours later.

Though I was getting kinda of worried wondering where the battery was-it came before I had to call you guys. The real test will be soon-to see if this battery actually last longer than 2 hours without charging! And believe me if it does not-you will be hearing from me.
