Battery was received in a timely manner since it was coming from Cali and I am in Ohio. It came packaged well with everything securely bubble-wrapped. I would purchase from the company again and am happy that it worked as soon as I plugged it into the wall.

I am completely impressed by the service I received from batteryvalues.com. It was the right product shipped very quickly and at a good price. This was the third try to find an AC adapter that would fit my wife's old laptop. The first two companies we tried couldn't get it right, but BatteryValues.com got it right - the first time. I will definitely shop here again.

THE only difficulty with my order was the amount of time the adapter took to arrive.. when a laptop needs an adapter, there is a SERIOUS need for the adapter. Could you please either have FREE shipping for the slower mail and the choices for overnight, 1 or 2 day delivery for a shipping amount? The adapter itself is heavy duty and very satisfactory.
