I called looking for a car charge for my very ancient laptop. The customer service rep I spoke with helped me identify the type of charger I needed AND, even though I was extreme close, she was able to get my order in and shipped overnight to me since I needed it for a road trip I was going on 2 days later. I will definitely use them again!

This was super easy. I searched for the item on line and I looked at your site and was directed right to the item. I called and confirmed that you had the item in stock and the sale rep took the order and i paid for it on the spot. It showed up in my office a few days later and starting using the adapter that same day. Good service and a good product. I would use you again and let others know.
