I just want to say thank you for your prompt service and the arrival of my battery. It is for my computer and I am so glad you had the one I needed had a hard time finding it anywhere else..

Product is fine.
I was surprised how long it took to arrive--- 8 or 9 days after I received the email saying it had been shipped. I didn't ask for overnight or 3-day delivery but had still expected it a little sooner.
