I finally got what I wanted but there were some delays. I certainly will take responsibility for my part but I was a little disappointed with the way things were handled.
Before I provide a brief summary I want to assure you that I think you are a very good company and I will continue to do business with you.
I won't provide specific dates but here's the way it went.
