	Dear Sir/Madam, I recieved the battery charger in the mail in a timely fashion. However, I am dissapointed in the quality of the device. First, I have to insert the carrier into the unit(fit is not precise) then after placing the battery in the cradle I have to wrap a strong rubberband around the entire thing several times in order for the contacts to work and the thing actually charge the damn battery!!! So what choice do I have. I can live with it, I can complain etc... Bottom line i
