Hi folks,
To be very honest I didn't use the product yet. I will let you know if I have any issues when I use it. But I got to know that you guys are good at after sales support and warranty . So I don't think I will have any issues even if I have any problem with the battery

I used the battery in a 2-yr old Canon G9. After two recharges,
the battery died. Would not operate the camera and would not hold charge. Cannot tell if the battery was bad or some function of the G9 was draining the battery beyond recovery.
Your service was excellent.
